Terms And Conditions

Upon the request of any service from UBEX company, the client (the shipper) agrees to the following non-negotiable terms and conditions, which were prepared by the client (the shipper) or the company on behalf of the client:
  1. The company is not liable for any damage to the shipment, which is due to insufficient packaging or failure to mention the nature of the shipment.
  2. The company does not take responsibility towards any shipment that contains illegal tools or goods of such nature.
  3. All information of the shipment must be entered in English language only.
  4. Any shipment that does not contain a contact number will not be received nor delivered.
  5. All the mentioned terms and conditions are fixed and are implemented on all users of UBEX delivery services, therefore, no employee of the company is authorized to present any client (shipper) with different terms or conditions, if so the contract is considered of no significance or importance without the written approval of the company and the signature of the management.
  6. UBEX has the right to open and check any shipment for verification before sending it to customs for shipments intended for international shipping. Shipments containing pictures, magazines or products against the customs of the destination country will not be accepted.
  7. The company retains its right to decline giving shipping services to any shipment without the mention of its reasons for its own judgment on the subject.
  8. The company has the right to refuse to give services of delivery or shipping to the client (the shipper), even after receiving a shipment, for the company's conclusion that the shipment will cause damage to other cargos.
  9. In the occurrence of any damage due to insufficient packaging or failure to mention the nature of the shipment, which leads to damaging of other existing cargos or shipments, then the client (shipper) is to take full liability for his own shipment and the other damaged cargos.
  10. UBEX is not to take liability for the delayed delivery, loss, damage or misdelivery of the shipment if it was not due to the company's negligence.
  11. It is the client's (shipper's) sole responsibility to accurately and completely package the shipment, mark and label it with the correct addresses and information alongside with the required documents. The company will not be held liable for any damage, delayed or misdelivery due to the client's negligence to provide information and comply with the agreed upon responsibilities.
  12. Service fees and custom taxes are not fixed and are subject to change at any time and the client (shipper) is responsible for all taxes and expenses required for his shipment or cargo.
  13. In the situation of the client's objection or complaint about the service, he then should submit a written letter of complaint to the branch in which the package was received in a period of time not exceeding 25 days from the date of receiving the shipment.
  14. In the event of UBEX receiving a shipment, which to some reason has not been delivered, or is stored to be rescheduled for transfer or delivery, then the client (shipper) is to pay for the storage or service costs.
  15. If the shipment is not delivered for whichever reason, then the company deducts the service fees, and the client (shipper) can reclaim the package or shipment after the payment of any other additional fees that might incur.
  16. The company is not obligated to contact the recipient of the package to alert him about the existence of a shipment in the company before delivering the shipment.
  17. UBEX does not allow the inspection of the package in any way by the recipient before signing the delivery statement.
  18. In the event of the receiving and signing by the recipient or client on the delivery statement of the package, the shipment is instantly no liability of UBEX.
  19. UBEX will do its best to insure the completion of the delivery process as soon as possible.
  20. UBEX is not liable for any delay that may occur in the receiving or delivering process which is due to natural elements like the rain, bad weather, political disturbances, riots or any other cause that is beyond the control of the company.
